Actual scene from Broken Sky 2 where Seraph's blades are rendered useless and he basically goes all out. The lightning didn't turn out as I wanted but it didn't turn out bad either...just...interesting. Its pitch black because Seraph is using his Zio element in synch with his Darkness element. The blade that's broken is called Oberseite Himmel and the blade that he just throws away is called the Excalibur. Oberseite Himmel is a blade of darkness through which Seraph can channel his dark arcana to make it longer. Excalibur is a sword of light which he keeps with him as a restraint against his dark powers and a handicap for his opponents.
